Well here are Debbie Bliss’ additions to the range for 2013.  It is not a wild new palette, what it does do is round out the existing palette.  If you cannot find yourself a beautiful fine lace yarn colour to work with your wardrobe from this complete range of colour, you are not really that interested.  Of course 2ply is not everyone’s cup of tea.  It certainly requires a little more time investment than thicker yarns.  You have to really want it, … what I can guarantee for those who do put in the effort and time with this yarn is that it is totally worth it.

Ranco Sock Yarn Colours for 2013

How divine are the new season colours for Ranco Sock Yarns.  Kerry and I have both used Ranco in the past for children’s clothes and blankets.  It is versatile ply and we have knitted it up as a 5ply or 4ply depending on needle size.  You will not be disappointed with the new colours and the feel of the additions to the range.  They are still a 75% merino/25% polymide mix, which is just what you need for sock yarn, however they seem to have made this a much softer yarn combination this year.
