Ceratostigma: Elaine’s Botanicals

I cannot remember having actually heard of this little flower prior to Elaine’s Botanicals, although I probably have and have forgotten.  Ceratostigma is really rather sweet.  I love its bright blue colour.  It would look especially lovely embroidered on a blanket with a couple of the other blue based designs from the range such as Agapanthus, Hydrangea, Pansy, Forget Me Not, Love in a Mist and Grape Hyacinth.  In fact the composition and stitch range with all seven would be spectacular together.
