A Scottish Sampler: XIX Century Style
Reproduction of a sampler worked by ‘A.S.” in 1809 – the only modification being the reduction of rows of lettering at the top. It is mainly composed of conventional and traditional motifs except for a band showing a cottage with its garden and three sheep in a field.
